Custom Bag Generator Terms
  1. Free generation, no privacy guarantee. Designs generated are not private. If you do not purchase, Fire Mylar may list the design for public sale.
  2. License grant. By generating, you grant Fire Mylar a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, market, and sell products bearing that design — unless and until you purchase it.
  3. Purchase = exclusivity. Purchasing removes the design from public listing. Applies to both front AND back panels.
  4. Your content, your responsibility. You confirm the flavor name and description are not trademarked or owned by a third party. No logo uploads — only the flavor name you type appears on the design.
  5. Right to refuse. Fire Mylar may decline to generate or list any design at its discretion.
