PackFlow makes custom printed mylar sticker bags from your design, and promo videos and photo sets built from your bag. Bags are printed to order; videos and photos are delivered digitally.
You must be at least 18 years old to use PackFlow.
Your designs are yours. PackFlow claims no rights to artwork you upload or create in the designer, beyond what we need to print your bags, build your videos and show you your own order. You confirm you have the right to use every logo, character, image and piece of text in your design, and that your packaging complies with the laws of every place it is sold. We may refuse or cancel an order whose artwork is unlawful, infringing or harmful, with a full refund if nothing has been produced.
Videos and photos are generated from your design and checked by a person. They are delivered to your email and order page, where they stay available for 180 days. Printed bags are produced and shipped as described in our Shipping Policy. Refunds and remakes are covered by our Refund Policy.
PackFlow's maximum liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PackFlow after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
