Every bag is made to order. The date your shipping option promises is transit time, and it starts after production. Please add them together.
Rates step up with the size of your order (8, 32 or 128 bags). Every option has a committed transit time. No weekend delivery on UPS; USPS does not deliver on Sundays.
You pay Monday and upload your design the same day. Standard production finishes 8 days later, the following Tuesday. USPS Priority then takes 1–3 business days, so the bags land Wednesday to Friday that week. With Rush, production finishes Friday and the bags land the following Monday to Wednesday.
Promo videos and the photo set are digital. They don't ship and they don't wait for production: they land in your inbox about 15 minutes after your photo or design is in, and stay on your order page for 180 days. Orders with only digital items never pay shipping.
You get a tracking number by email the moment your bags ship. If it hasn't moved in 3 business days after that, contact us with your order number.
Damaged in transit, wrong quantity, or a print defect: email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we remake or refund. Full details in the refund policy.
